Caramel Apple Pudding Parfait

ApplesmCraving the sweet treats of Halloween but not the calories and fat? Or do you want to provide your little ones with an alternative to the candy bars they scored Halloween night? This is a low calorie version of a great fall snack—caramel apples. This version provides the extra benefit of 10% of your calcium needs with very little calories.


  • 1 package of sugar free butterscotch Instant pudding mix, prepared  OR 4 sugar free caramel or butterscotch pudding cups
  • 2 medium apples, cored and diced
  • ½ cup Fat free whipped topping


  1. Place half of each pudding cup (or ¼ cup) in a small cup or bowl.  Top the layer of pudding with ¼ of each apple.
  2. Repeat all layers again.
  3. Top with 2 Tbsp. whipped topping and serve.

Makes four servings
