How does your family get moving?

We’re just about a month into the New Year – how are you doing on your New Year’s Resolutions?

One of our favorite New Years Resolutions we suggested was to try one new physical activity together as family each month. 5-4-3-2-1 Go! ® suggests that you do one hour or more of physical activity each day, so why not enjoy it together as a family?

We’d like to know what favorite activities you do together as a family to get moving. Comment on this blog below by February 9, and we’ll pick one lucky winner for a prize pack of tickets to the UNO Basketball game on February 12.
