Salmon Potpie

Serves: 6


  • 3 (5 ounce) cans of boneless, skinless salmon

  • 16 ounces chopped carrots

  • 16 ounces chopped broccoli

  • 1 (15 ounce) can OurFamily condensed cream of mushroom soup

  • 1 can OurFamily crescent roll dough

  • 6 apples, sliced

  • Caramel for dipping apples, optional

  • OurFamily milk


  1. Combine salmon, carrots, broccoli, and cream of mushroom soup in a bowl.

  2. Lightly spray a 9×13 baking dish with cooking spray, pour in the salmon, veggie, and soup mixture, and then top with unrolled crescent dough. Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 8 minutes or until crust is golden brown and filling is bubbly.

  3. Serve with fresh apple slices and caramel dip and cup of milk.
