Coach Molly at Child Saving Institute“Pine Street Preschool loves Stretch-N-Grow!  We are excited each week to participate in the fun activities SNG brings to our program. Coach Erin and Coach Kayla teach us about staying healthy, help us learn the names of our muscles , all while having fun!  We love “ice skating” with paper plates, sock “snowball” fights, weaving in and out of obstacle courses and learning yoga poses. SNG is such an important part of our preschool program!  Thank you for allowing us to be a part of Stretch-N-Grow!!” — Jennifer Webb, Owner, Pine Street Preschool

“I love Stretch-n-Grow coming to our daycare center for many reasons. My daycare center focuses on healthy eating habits and fitness, helping children redirect their choices to become healthy ones. When Stretch-n-Grow became a part of our preschool curriculum families were really excited about the information and new exercises that their children showed them. The fun energetic classes that are held weekly are so energetic and enthusiastic that the children all want to participate and not feel like they “have to” participate which in turn shows that they get to make that healthy choice which is a foundation of every child development at our center. It has also showed our staff fun ways to bond with the children and has changed some habits of the staff to be healthier also. I am so grateful for the staff and what they have offered our children at Healthy Start Learning Center.”  — Donna Schmidt, Healthy Start Learning Center

Coach Janean at Hamilton HeightsErin McElroy from Stretch-n-Grow encourages families to make fitness and being active for at least 30 minutes a day a priority. Just as they teach their toddlers and preschool kids to recognize letters for reading, number for math and washing our hands to keep germs away, we need to teach them to be excited to exercise for a foundation of lifelong health!
